FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Much like you, your experience will be unique! Some clients report feeling tingling in certain areas or temperature fluctuations, such as cold or clammy hands. While other clients have visions, hear messages, or feel intuitively while the energetic activation is happening during the session.

    Some clients feel very relaxed, as though they could take a nap or fall asleep. Even if you feel nothing except your own breathing, that’s okay! I’m holding space for you to have your own journey — no matter what that looks or feels like.

    After the energetic activation, you might feel energized right away or you might want to nap. Regardless, these energetic activations are intentionally woven with ease and grace for your highest integration and embodiment.

  • Every area on this planet contains vibrational codes in the land, water, air — throughout all surfaces of Earth up through her atmosphere. Gaia has an incredible energy structure that corresponds with ours in a distinctly unique way!

    The most helpful thing you can “do” to prepare is to get present with your heart space and your physical body. Showing up to your session in full presence will allow your soul remembrance to fully be activated, received, and embodied — and the space will be fully held for you to relax, drop into the space, and receive.

  • My one ask of my clients is that you remain open and curious throughout the entire session. There are elements of trust, mystery, and discovery that you will be encouraged to lean into. Know that you are safe and held during the whole experience, I’ve got you (and your highest good)!

    Towards, the end of your session I may share specifics around your unique connection with Earth / Gaia and tidbits on how to presence this even deeper moving forward.

    After the session, I will email you a special reflection exercise to allow for further embodiment. Earth wants you to ground all of this in!
