Truthfully my heart has been *cracking wide open* bit by bit since your healing call and I’ve been so ready for it. I’m talking a major body upgrade: diaphragm releases = ability to breathe in more deeply than i have in years, major heart/throat/neck/ shoulder/chest/back release which is also slowly realigning my spine.

It’s extraordinary, it’s delicious. With each release I FEEL EVERYTHING more and more powerfully (and can hold more without destabilizing) and immediately receive the next rush of information. Wild times, what a fun ride. So grateful for you and your work!
